Our commercial-grade equipment washes stucco, concrete, brick, vinyl, lap siding, wood, glass, sheet metal and plastics. In most cases you will notice a significant different in the color and consistency of your building once cleaned. Our specialists carefully eliminate dirt, dust, spider webs, bird droppings, mold, staining, graffiti, diesel, soot, and virtually every type of debris. Our wands can reach 30' from the ground and still clean effectively. In fact, Imperial has cleaned buildings as tall as seven stories, and is fully capable of handling ten story buildings @ 3,200PSI with 7GPM at 220 degree water.
Concrete & Sidewalks
Concrete and sidewalks can be made to look like new after our Water Jet machines clean concrete one full inch below the surface, rotating @ 3,600RPM. This intensive process produces an even finish with no streaks or lines, breaking through dirt, dust, mud, gum, grease, stains, spills and debris. Biodegradable solutions can be used to break up the hardest stains like grease and oil.
Vehicles
