1. What is the maximum height you can wash?
Our wands are able to clean as high as three stories, or about 30 feet. However, we can make arrangements to extend our reach up to eleven stories if needed.
2. Do you use environmentally-friendly cleaning solutions?
Yes! Our cleaning solutions are 100% biodegradable, and will not harm grass, plants, pets, or people.
3. How much do you charge?
The price of each job is determined by the amount of square footage to be cleaned. Please use our Quote form for the exact price of your job.
4. What equipment do you use?
We use industrial/commercial-grade power washing equipment capable of cleaning virtually any surface. Our Water Jet surface cleaner doesn't leave the lines, streaks, or swirls that most other equipment can leave behind.
5. Are you capable of reclaiming water?
Yes! We are capable of fully reclaiming waste water if the job requires it.
6. Can you remove paint and/or graffiti?
We have the cleaning solutions and equipment capable of removing all types of graffiti from stucco, concrete, and brick.
7. Can you remove efflorescence (hard water stain) from brick and stone?
Yes.
8. Can you remove grease stains caused by oil?
Oil stains are one of the most challenging stains to fully remove. We assess and treat oil stains on a case-by-case basis. The success of treatment depends on the amount of oil attributing to the stain, and how long the oil has been on the surface. If you have a grease stain, contact us immediately.
9. How far will you travel for a job?
We will travel anywhere within a 50-mile radius of Richland, Washington at no charge. Any jobs outside this radius will incur the standard price-per-mile charge for the extra distance.
10. Are you licensed and bonded?
Yes. We are fully insured, licensed, and bonded to meet any scope of work requirements.
